5 reasons to prove that Google is awesome. Period.

Google is one of the biggest companies in the world, what was once a meagre search engine has now become a multinational company providing various services to the whole world.

And despite all of this, Google’s still awesome, here are 5 reasons to prove that:

1. Innovative experiments

Google does a lot of experiments, Google Glass, Self driving cars, and many more out of the box projects that other companies won’t even dare to take on are Google’s everyday thing.

In fact, Google has a semi secret lab for such projects called Google X, they take on projects that could make major technological advancements.

Internet service via balloons, self driving cars, Web of things, they are creating stuff that can change technology forever.

They even considered trying teleportation once!

2. Free!

Google provides a ton of services and you probably use more than 3 of them everyday.

Google search, Google Chrome, Android, Google Maps, YouTube, Google Drive, Hangouts, they provide us with so many services.

For free!

Google’s services are used by millions if not billions of people worldwide, and keeping those services free of cost is a commendable job even though they earn through advertising.

I mean, they have to earn somehow right? They can’t go bankrupt for you.

3. Google search is awesome

You can be extremely sloppy in typing and still get the perfectly accurate words you wanted to type in Google.

You can play games on it

You can define words on it

It can tell you the time of various cities and countries

It actually cares for you

4. Dream offices

Google is a big company, a big part of the internet runs on it.

Which means there’s a lot of pressure on the employees.

I mean if you work for the company who essentially runs the internet, you need to do quality work.

The employees there are passionate and dedicated about their job.

Know why?

Because the offices of Google are a fresh and fun place, it has the perfect work environment which has work and pleasure at just the right blend.

Nobody is allowed to be more than 100 metres away from food at Google, that’s why there are kitchens everywhere, their cafeteria feeds employees upto 3 times a day for free!

The office is designed to spark creativity and gives employees their own space to be creative.

They even have slides there!

There’s libraries and aquariums for employees to relax and get refreshed.

5. They love their employees

A girl wrote this cute letter to her father’s boss at Google, it reads:

Dear Google Worker,

Can you please make sure when daddy goes to work, he gets one day off. Like he can get a day off on Wednesday. Because daddy only gets a day off on Saturday.

In the response to Katie, her Daddy’s boss, Senior Design Manager Daniel Shiplacoff not only acknowledged her dad’s birthday but gave him an extra one week off!

Google loves their employees, it not only wins the internet, it wins people’s hearts.
